Job title: Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent
Terms: fixed term, 5 days a week, shift rotation
Your tasks will be:
To handle incoming inquiries with speed and professionalism; striving for customer retention and loyalty
To create excellent customer experience; always looking for a successful outcome for the customer
To work proactively to improve service quality; recognizing complex problems and involving team members to resolve them effectively
To follow-up on open issues and see to their resolution
To follow all procedures and workflows accurately, including transaction handling and processing, complaint management, escalation
To document customer symptoms and troubleshooting steps clearly
To provide feedback on a daily basis to the team on emerging issues you have identified, and highlight areas to be improved
We ask of you:
To be a high school graduate (preferably college or university)
To have native or near-native Brazilian Portuguese skills
To have excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (you will be communicating with your colleagues, supervisors and other stakeholders in English)
To have good PC knowledge (hardware, software, internet)
To be familiar with Windows, MS Office Suite, Skype, Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger
To possess superb communication skills
